What is the Pefwil Growth Hub?

The Pefwil Growth Hub is a members-only learning and community platform for founders building businesses across African and European markets. It combines structured courses, a founder community, and practical tools in one place.

It is built for early and growth-stage founders, particularly those operating between Ireland and Ghana or across the wider diaspora. You will get most from it if you are actively building rather than only researching.

No. The programme starts at idea stage and works through validation, launch, and growth. If you already trade, you can start at whichever phase matches where you are.

You need an invitation code: ask for one through the Pefwil Founder Hub form at hub.pefwil.com (tick “Growth Hub invitation code”) or email info@pefwil.com. Then choose your plan on the Sign up page, enter the code and complete the form. Your account is created immediately and you can start straight away.

Access to the Pefwil Founder Academy courses, the member community, member events, and the resource library. Plans that include it also give you desk space at our Dublin workspace, and coaching or office-hours sessions. Specific inclusions depend on your plan.

Use the Member Login page and sign in with the email address and password you registered with. Your session stays active on that device, so you rarely need to log in twice.

Begin with Course 1: Entrepreneurial Mindset and Goal Setting. It sets the 90-day goal that every later course builds on. If you already have traction, start at the phase matching your stage.

The twelve Founder Academy courses run roughly 24 weeks if you follow the suggested pace, with durations of one to three weeks per course. It is self-paced, so you can move faster or slower.

Yes. Nothing is time-locked and there are no live deadlines. The suggested durations are a guide, not a requirement.

Yes. The Hub works in any mobile browser and can be installed as an app on your home screen for full-screen access and offline reading. See the Technical Help section for install steps.

What courses are available?

The Pefwil Founder Academy is a twelve-course journey taking you from idea through launch, customers, systems, funding, and international expansion. There is also Global Entrepreneurship Mastery, a five-module course on cross-border scaling.

It runs in four phases. Foundation covers mindset, idea validation, and business model. Build covers registration, branding, and sales. Growth covers marketing, community, and operations. Funding and Expansion covers finance, investor readiness, and Ireland-Ghana market entry.

Every lesson opens with why the topic matters, then what you will cover, a deeper explanation with worked examples, common mistakes to avoid, a practical action step, and a key takeaway you can apply that week.

Yes. Each course ends with a five-question assessment. Questions test applied judgement rather than recall, and every answer includes an explanation so you learn from anything you get wrong.

The phases build on each other, so the order is recommended for first-time founders. If you already have paying customers, you can jump to the phase that matches your current challenge.

Most members find three to five hours a week works well: time to read the lessons and complete the action step. The action steps matter more than the reading.

Yes. Your position in each course is stored against your account, so you can stop mid-lesson and pick up where you left off on any device.

Pages you have already opened are stored on your device and remain readable without a connection, which is useful when travelling or on unreliable data. Content you have never opened needs a connection the first time.

Post the specific question in the community. Bring context and numbers rather than a general question, and you will get far more useful answers from other founders.

Most of it is broadly applicable to any founder. The cross-border material, including currency exposure, customs, diaspora networks, and market entry, is written around the Ireland-Ghana corridor but the frameworks transfer to other market pairs.

How much does membership cost?

Current plans and pricing are shown on the Pricing Plan page. Pricing is shown before you complete sign-up, so you always see the amount before confirming.

Payments are handled through our secure checkout, which accepts major debit and credit cards. Available methods are shown at checkout.

Yes. Card details are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection and are never stored on the Hub itself.

Your first payment is taken when you complete sign-up. Recurring plans renew automatically on the same date each cycle unless you cancel beforehand.

Sign in and open your account area, where you can update the card on file. Doing this before your renewal date avoids a failed payment.

You can cancel from your account area at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not trigger an automatic refund of the current period.

You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, course content returns to members-only and your progress is retained should you rejoin.

Refund terms are set out in our Terms and Conditions. If something has gone wrong with your payment or your access, email support@pefwil.com and we will look into it.

Yes. A receipt is issued for every payment, and past payments are listed in your account area.

Checkout displays the currency before you confirm. If you are paying from a different country, your bank may apply its own conversion rate or a foreign transaction fee.

What is the Pefwil community?

It is the member network inside the Hub where founders ask questions, share what is working, and find people building alongside them. It is the part members consistently say they underuse.

Create your member profile, then introduce yourself and say what you are building and what you need. Specific introductions attract far more useful connections than general ones.

Member events are announced inside the Hub and by email. Sessions are typically participatory rather than lecture-style, so you get more from attending live.

Many members do. Be explicit about the skills you are missing and what you bring, rather than posting a general request for a co-founder.

Coaching and office-hours availability depends on your plan and is shown in the Hub when sessions are open for booking. Where your plan includes desk space, you can also book a workstation at our Dublin workspace at Rosemount Business Park, Dublin 11. Workstations are booked in advance from inside the Hub and are for one member at a time; opening hours, booking limits and availability are shown when you book, and the full rules are in section 12 of our Terms and Conditions.

Send context in advance and arrive with two or three specific decisions you are stuck on. A session spent explaining your business from scratch is a session largely wasted.

Share the specific artefact rather than the whole idea. A landing page, a pricing model, or a pitch deck with a clear question attached will get sharper feedback than an open request for thoughts.

The community works best when promotion is incidental to being useful. Answer questions and share what you are learning, and interest in what you do tends to follow.

Yes. Course 12 covers cross-border trade, diaspora entrepreneurship, market entry, partnerships, and export readiness for that corridor specifically, and other members are navigating the same routes.

Be useful, be specific, and give before you ask. Treat other members commercial information as confidential unless they have said otherwise.

How do I install the Hub as an app?

On Android, open the Hub in Chrome and tap Get App on the home page, or use the Chrome menu and choose Install app. On iPhone or iPad, open it in Safari, tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen.

It opens full screen without browser bars, adds a Pefwil icon to your home screen, and lets previously opened pages load without a connection.

Pages you have already visited remain available offline. Anything you have not opened before, and any action that needs the server such as logging in, still requires a connection.

Check that you are using the email address you registered with, and that any password manager has not filled an old password. If it still fails, reset your password from the login page.

Use the Lost Password link on the Member Login page. A reset link is sent to your registered email address. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.

Because the Hub stores pages on your device for offline use, you may occasionally see an older version. Pull down to refresh or reload the page and the current version will load.

Recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox all work. Installing to your home screen requires Chrome on Android or Safari on iOS.

If you opened the Hub from a link inside Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp, you are in their in-app browser, which cannot install apps. Open the Hub directly in Chrome or Safari and try again.

Check your spam or promotions folder first, then confirm the email address on your profile is correct. Adding contact@pefwil.com to your contacts helps future messages arrive.

Email contact@pefwil.com with your account email and a description of what you were doing when the problem occurred. Screenshots help us resolve issues faster. You can also reach us on WhatsApp at +353 87 137 3291.
