Business Planning
Choose your business model, register with a setup checklist for Ireland and Ghana, and build a twelve-month financial projection you can take to a bank.
Execution
Brand, sales, marketing, community and operations, course by course, with a workbook you keep for each, until you are ready to pitch.

Plans that include workspace access let members book the Pefwil workspace at Rosemount Business Park, Dublin 11: hot desks, a private office, a meeting room and a podcast studio, open 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Members book online up to 30 days ahead.
